The Jira Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous support of the Atlassian Jira environment. This role ensures the platform effectively supports business needs across project tracking, service management, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in Jira administration within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days per week in-person at our headquarters in Atlanta.
