RMC is hiring for a Jira Administrator who will provide part-time support, no more than 20 hours per week, to our customer in Dahlgren, VA.
The selected applicant will possess the following qualifications:
* Experience in configuring Jira instance to meet needs of the customer.
* Experience in routine maintenance tasks, monitoring system performance, and applying upgrades as needed.
* Experience managing Jira user accounts and permissions.
* Ability to resolve issues that arise within the Jira instance.
* Experience in installation and maintenance of Jira Apps.
