About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shift.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality store operations and deliver exceptional customer and store experience.
• Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches while complying with brand standards regarding portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures.
• Pass the sandwich test at the end of the first two weeks of training and at any future testing times.
• Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code.
• Adhere to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies.
• Take telephone orders, complete delivery tickets, and deliver orders to guests within a 5-mile radius of the store.
• Operate food preparation machinery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including but not limited to tables, floors, windows, beverage stations, restrooms, etc.
• Foster an environment of teamwork and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.
