The Senior Jig and Fixture Builder is responsible for assisting the Supervisor and Lead in the fabrication of high-quality tooling for the assembly of aircraft parts, following Piper Drawings, Process Specifications (PPS), and other manufacturing instructions. This role involves meeting or exceeding planned production and delivery schedules while maximizing company resources to achieve company goals. The position requires leading and mentoring teammates, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and fabricating complex fixtures according to engineering specifications. Additionally, the builder will lead tooling projects from concept to completion and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team.
