About The Position
Troy School District is seeking a head coach to steer our Junior High team to excellence. Qualified candidates will inspire talented sports players, develop award-winning strategies, provide hands-on training, and encourage sportsmanship within the team. An outstanding head coach will possess critical yet flexible strategic skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proven experience as a head coach preferred
- Own demonstrable history of pertinent sporting success
- Perceptive of sports-related talent
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Formal coaching-related training is preferred
