About The Position

The JFK Passenger Service Agent for AeroMexico is a part-time customer service role focused on providing exceptional assistance to passengers during their arrival and check-in processes. This position requires fluency in Spanish and involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly, and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and small spaces.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate work during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with the arrival and check-in process, including support for special needs passengers.
  • Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system, including boarding and baggage services.
  • Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes.
  • Assist ramp agents in ensuring that wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery.
