About The Position

The Account Manager Passenger Services at Swissport is responsible for supervising daily operations from both administrative and operational perspectives. This role ensures that passenger service staff meet the targets set by customer airlines while adhering to Swissport and customer regulations. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned accounts and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of a Duty Manager.
