About The Position
Jewelry Television (JTV) is hosting open interviews for full-time 1st Shift At-Home Customer Service Representatives. The interviews will take place on March 4th, 2025, from 2pm to 6pm at their headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to valued customers. Training for this role will consist of 3 weeks of in-person training at the Knoxville campus, and candidates must have high-speed internet and be residents of Tennessee.
