About The Position

Serve as the primary supervisor for the entire location. The role involves maximizing the financial performance of the store, achieving growth and sales targets by successfully managing, training, and motivating the sales team. It also requires creating an emotional connection between Fred Meyer Jewelers and customers through engagement and communication during every shopping occasion, both in-store and online. All associates are required to perform tasks safely, consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws, and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
