About The Position

As a Part-Time Merchandiser and Reset Specialist at Brand Momentum Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring that jewelry displays are visually appealing and well-organized. This role focuses on enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining an inviting store environment and updating displays to reflect current trends and promotions. The position requires part-time work of 16 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule based on seasonal workload fluctuations.

Requirements

  • Intermediate understanding of retail and/or merchandising operations.
  • Mandatory planogram experience.
  • Experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the retail location.
  • Proficient in using merchandising tools and equipment.
  • Internet access for downloading and completing reporting.
  • Regular access to a smart device with iOS or Android, including a data plan and the ability to download apps and take/upload photos.
  • Effective communication skills in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and self-manage workflow to meet project deadlines.
  • Proficiency with simple tools (e.g., screwdriver, box cutter, hammer).
  • Flexibility and openness to change.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative and eye-catching jewelry displays that align with brand standards.
  • Update and reset displays regularly to highlight new arrivals, special promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Ensure all products are accurately labelled and priced.
  • Timely and accurately complete all assigned projects, including stocking and organizing products on the sales floor as per planogram directives.
  • Conduct audits to ensure products are correctly placed.
  • Place stickers or signage on products.
  • Collect data related to displays and inventory.
  • Set up and maintain displays, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide product knowledge training to store personnel.
  • Execute client retail priorities, including product distribution and shelf detailing.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of displayed items.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking needs.
  • Report completed projects through the Brand Momentum Reporting link, including answering project-specific questions and uploading required photos.
  • Make routine decisions regarding store-level issues and work schedule to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with store personnel and Brand Momentum colleagues.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help grow the business.
