Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
• Strong understanding of retail math and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Proven ability to upsell products and engage customers through effective communication.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and operating POS systems is essential.
• Familiarity with supervising staff or mentoring new employees is a plus.
• A background in grocery store sales can be beneficial, showcasing versatility in customer service skills.
