About The Position

The Jewelry Consultant position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC involves providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment for a jewelry brand. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensure personalized experiences for each customer
• Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual revenue targets
• Provide a luxury customer experience to customers
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers with the purchasing process
• Assist and educate customers with pick-ups, exchanges, and other inquiries
• Confirm showroom appointments and answer questions
• Review customer feedback to identify ways to improve customer experience and sales performance
• Enforce policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests
• Perform open and/or close procedures
• Manage your and communicate cross-functionally using ERP system
• Act as a brand advocate to share client's mission
