We are currently seeking a Jewelry Concierge to join the fastest growing jewelrycompany in the country. This job will be located in New York City and the position will be based in a fast-paced environment with multiple requests coming in on a daily basis.

Requirements

Must have 1+ yrs jewelry industry experience
Must have 1+ yrs of experience with custom jobs
Must have basic understanding of placing CAD requests with designers, vendors and knowledge of reading CAD to get cost for pieces
Must be able to pass knowledge assessment during interview process
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable in Excel
Knowledgeable in Photoshop
Ability to work well with a team of diverse personalities
Must be able to travel to shows a minimum of three times per year
Must Live in New York Tri-State area

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing a plus

Responsibilities

Responsible for accurately submitting/verifying custom orders with vendors within a specified time-frame
Oversee the Special/Custom Order Process start to finish
Calculate and quote prices
Interact with both the vendors and the customers on a regular basis
Custom Order Specialist checks the status of orders, maintains quoted time frames, and handles any potential issues
