About The Position

Next Generation Construction & Environmental, LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Jetting Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems. The role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Typical construction hours required, with some weeks being less than 40 hours and other weeks requiring 50+ hours; must be willing to work flexible hours, to include occasional nights and weekends. Travel: Must be willing to travel for short periods of time as needed Work Environment (temperature, noise level, inside/outside): · Must be able to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods of time · Must be able to work in all weather conditions and noisy environments Physical Demands: · Be able to work extended hours and variable shifts · Be able to wear all required PPE · Be able to climb ladders and work from stationary platforms from elevated heights · Confined Space Entry may be required to accomplish tasks for some clients · Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with jetting equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • CDL
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
  • Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations.
  • Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Accurately complete job reports, logs, and other required documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
  • Assist with other related tasks as needed.
