The position involves overseeing all bulk receiving, housekeeping, and quality control operations during the assigned shift. The individual will monitor the quality of ingredients received, ensure accurate sample testing and record keeping, and unload ingredients into the proper bins. Safety and efficiency are paramount, and the role includes assisting with housekeeping functions at the mill, performing minor repairs on mill equipment, and making daily operating decisions in the absence of a manager. The position also requires performing all Operator B & C duties and responsibilities as needed.
