About The Position

At Jennie-O Turkey Store, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team. The role involves working on production lines to process various products while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Employees will be expected to adhere to safety rules and good manufacturing practices to guarantee that only safe, wholesome, and quality products are produced for our customers. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts
• No restrictions standing on a concrete floor for 8-12 hours
• Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 32-40 degrees
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, such as: twisting, turning, bending and reaching
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Must wear a hairnet, hard hat, ear muffs, safety glasses, steel toe boots and or other personal protective equipment as required for the position
• Must be able to work with large groups as a team and also be able to work unsupervised

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operator experience is a plus
• Must have basic reading, writing and math skills
