About The Position
JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a group of full-time direct reports in Piscataway, New Jersey. The role involves responsibilities such as staffing, training, development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary management up to and including termination. The Warehouse Supervisor will drive workforce excellence by initiating positive methods in performance management and productivity management, providing consistent and fair feedback on performance, and offering coaching and counseling when needed. Additionally, the supervisor will manage production activities within the warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with work instructions, workflow activities, and safety rules. The position also requires managing the schedule of direct reports' time-off, preparing and distributing various reports for day-to-day operations, providing high-quality customer service, and assuring the security of the facility and the integrity of the inventory. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
