JD Logistics is seeking an Account Manager to ensure successful on-boarding of new clients and to coordinate with sales, solution, and operation teams. The role involves providing training on the entire cycle of warehouse processes and the OMS system. The Account Manager will conduct monthly P&L analysis on different accounts to evaluate profit and margin, lead warehouse optimization projects, and deliver exceptional customer service. This includes maintaining customer relationships and building up the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by cooperating with various teams under JD.COM Group. The position also requires coordination with third-party service providers and assisting in the billing process by recommending improvements.
