About the position

As an Account Manager, 3PL Operations, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, optimizing warehouse operations, and ensuring the successful execution of JD Logistics' supply chain solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Training - Oversee the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with sales, solutions, and operations teams. Provide training on end-to-end warehouse processes and the OMS system.
  • Financial Performance Analysis - Conduct monthly P&L analysis for various accounts to assess profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Warehouse Optimization & System Enhancements - Lead and execute warehouse optimization projects related to WMS, OMS, billing systems, and operational processes.
  • Customer Success & Relationship Management - Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring KPI targets are met, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Global CRM Development - Contribute to the development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by collaborating with teams across JD.com Group, including those in Europe, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Vendor & SLA Management - Work with third-party service providers, monitoring their SLAs and performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Billing & Financial Coordination - Assist in the billing process by working closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance billing efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English (required).
  • Experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with coding, data analysis, or CRM systems.
