About The Position
The JD Edwards IT Business Analyst 2 position involves supporting the JD Edwards end-user community throughout the Silgan enterprise. The role requires gathering requirements from end-users regarding application technology issues and queries, responding to customer needs with urgency, troubleshooting issues, assisting with EDI onboarding for customers and vendors, conducting training sessions, executing testing scenarios for new or changed applications, preparing documentation, and creating and maintaining reports using Enterprise One tools. The position also involves traveling to Silgan facilities to provide on-site expertise during implementations.
