The JCC Program Administrator will support and assist in the direct coordination of various areas including the JCC Advisory Board, Cultural Arts & Book Series, Dayton Jewish Film Festival, Youth, Teen & Family, and other programs or events. This role involves the planning and execution of programs, both independently and in collaboration with the JCC Staff. Responsibilities include procuring venues, caterers, security, speakers, and more. The Program Administrator will also manage scheduling for the Executive Director, arrange travel logistics, draft and edit correspondence, conduct research, maintain office supplies, produce reports, and coordinate meeting logistics. Additional administrative support will be provided as needed.

  • Support and assist the direct coordination of JCC Advisory Board, Cultural Arts & Book Series, Dayton Jewish Film Festival, Youth, Teen & Family, and other programs or events.
  • Plan and execute programs independently and in tandem with JCC Staff.
  • Procure venues, caterers, security, speakers, etc.
  • Collaboratively manage scheduling for the Executive Director.
  • Arrange travel logistics for the Executive Director, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary preparation.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the Executive Director and JCC staff.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Produce reports, meeting agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and prepare for Advisory Board, committee, and/or task force meeting logistics.
  • Compile and maintain board, committee, and/or task force contact information and details.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to submit marketing requests and updates for event information.
  • Prepare purchase orders and payment requests.
  • Submit receipts to the accounting department with appropriate codes.
  • Track budget/spending for individual events.
  • Provide various additional administrative support as needed.
  • College Diploma preferred.
  • Personable, diplomatic, and enthusiastic.
