About The Position

The Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) Program Manager for Raytheon's Javelin Program is responsible for overseeing the program's execution, ensuring that contractual commitments are met in terms of financial, technical, and schedule performance. This role involves managing a cross-functional team to provide support for the Javelin Weapon System, including repair, transportation, engineering services, and training. The Program Manager will advocate for best practices in program management and lead various program reviews and assessments to drive success.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in areas such as Engineering, Contracts, and Finance.
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program.
  • Leadership experience in an IPT organizational structure or integrated Program Leadership construct.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Depot, Life Cycle Services, Logistics programs in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review packages.
  • International experience with Foreign Nationals and understanding of Licensing and ITAR requirements.
  • Working knowledge of contract formation and management.
  • Proficiency with Raytheon Program Management tools or similar systems.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s).
  • Develop program partnerships with internal functional organizations such as contracts, finance, procurement, and logistics.
  • Lead the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with financial goals.
  • Execute daily program management activities including risk review boards and customer reviews.
  • Maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives consistent with program requirements.
  • Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits.
  • Lead and support proposal and capture efforts including Basis of Estimates and startup activities.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to enable program success.
