The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable applications, validating end-to-end onboarding workflows, and collaborating closely with engineering and QA teams.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
  • Experience wielopment and integration
  • Working knowledge oth RESTful API devf Java and Python
  • Experience with Handlebars or similar templating engines
  • Proficient in writing unit tests and integration tests
  • Hands-on experience with Wiremock, Firefly, and REST API testing
  • Strong background in QA testing and end-to-end validation
  • Demonstrated test-first development mindset
  • Familiarity with modern testing frameworks
  • AWS cloud knowledge is highly desired
  • Familiarity with release management processes
  • Understanding of deployment and environment readiness
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience validating integrations before production go-live
  • Comfortable working in agile and fast-changing environments
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Experience supporting production systems.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS cloud knowledge is highly desired

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using JavaScript and Node.js.
  • Build and integrate REST APIs to support application workflows
  • Participate in test-first / TDD development practices using modern test frameworks
  • Perform unit testing, QA testing, and end-to-end validation of onboarding flows
  • Validate system integrations and ensure production readiness in collaboration with engineering teams
  • Support system configuration, API subscription workflows, and release management
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across environments
  • Ensure application scalability by following sound design principles
  • Adapt quickly to scope changes and incorporate updates seamlessly into development
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing across teams
