Ability to apply software development practices to operational challenges. Experience with observability tools and incident management frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to engineering. Proficiency in automation and scripting tools. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk etc.). Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage Roles & Responsibilities Professional & expertise working as Java developer to design, develop and troubleshoot java based applications. Strong expertise working on backend frameworks i.e. Spring-boot and integrating through Microservices.
