About The Position

Infosys is seeking a skilled Java Technology Architect The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java application development, object-oriented concepts, and web-based and client-server applications. This role requires proficiency in frameworks such as Spring (MVC) and hibernate as well as experience with both relational and non-relational databases. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Java technologies, cloud computing platforms, and modern architectural principles. With a strong focus on the technical aspects of solution design and implementation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. Proficiency in data architecture, legacy modernization, and hands-on experience with containerization and messaging systems is essential. Excellent communication skills and a self-driven attitude are required to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholder

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Proficiency in Core Java and J2EE and Springboot technologies.
Experience with AWS OR Lambda.
Experience with frameworks such as Spring (MVC) and Hibernate.
