About The Position

Java Technical Lead Position will be based in NJ Banking experience, developer for implementation support activities and work with offshore teams to take on the deliveries and get them rolled out to the client Roles and responsibilities Analyze and Investigate solutions to complex problems, design solutions, and work closely with the Company’s Engineering and customer teams to fix and implement them. Work with customer teams to identify and fix the problems, provide workaround and interface with Company’s cross-functional teams to generate possible solutions. Review and ensure Solutions are scalable and prepare for the future. Understand and coordinate all requirements with customer Business team, document and handover to the offshore team for building solutions Daily handover to the onsite or offshore teams as applicable and ensuring takeover of the activities from the other team

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years hands on experience in development, technical troubleshooting on projects using Java, Spring.
• Proficient in Java, spring, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
• Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
• Adoption of best practices during design, development, testing and delivery phases in an Agile environment
• Experience in leading cross-functional techno commercial teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.
• Experience in software development and large-scale technology implementation.
