About The Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing scalable, cloud native, and containerised enterprise platforms. The role requires strong architectural thinking combined with hands on engineering expertise across microservices, integration frameworks, cloud platforms, and DevOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design end to end solution architectures for cloud, container, and microservices based platforms.
  • Define architectural blueprints, integration patterns, deployment models, and platform components.
  • Lead the design and governance of BCP, resilience, and cloud native architecture standards.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with global Operations, Technology teams, CTO, and GTIS.
  • Provide architectural guidance and solution options aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
  • Communicate architectural vision, rationale, and benefits to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives, platform modernisation, and adoption of containerised workloads.
  • Architect and support DevOps setup including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and environment management.
  • Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural governance are consistently followed.
  • Oversee and contribute to development of microservices using Java and the Spring Framework.
  • Architect integration solutions using Apache Camel and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).
  • Design cloud native client configurations and platform components.
  • Collaborate with RTB teams to address production issues, ensuring system stability and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across engineering teams during design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Produce detailed technical documents (HLD/LLD, integration diagrams, design artefacts) adhering to organizational standards.
