Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, or related field : Fresh graduates welcome!
- Relevant non-college experience in software development is also highly valued.
- Familiarity with building services in a distributed architecture : Professional, coursework, or project experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Object-Oriented Programming : Experience with React, XML, and Relational Databases (Oracle) is a bonus.
- Experience with Linux, Git, or other version control systems, and Agile Development Methodology : Whether through professional work, academic projects, or self-learning, we're interested!
- Highly motivated, innovative, self-directed thinker with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with current trends : We value your passion for technology, no matter where you've cultivated it.
- Good written and verbal communication skills : Effective teamwork and clear communication are key, whether you've learned this in school or on the job.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with React, XML, and Relational Databases (Oracle)
- Experience with Atlassian tools : It's a plus if you've dabbled with these, but no worries if not!
Responsibilities
- Innovative design and analysis of enhancements
- Deliver code based on sprint commitments
- Actively participate in discussions, coding, and testing.
- Develop core web application changes using JAVA and XSL
- Present application enhancements to team
- Collaborate with Tech Leads to align on design strategy that will achieve business goals of the user story while ensuring technical integrity
- Creative thinking and proposing solutions to grow our business by delighting our clients
