Job Description Production Support Lead Location Southlake, TX 8+ years of relevant experience development and production support Can lead a team of support engineers to monitor and maintain Java-based microservices. Excellent co-ordination and collaboration skills to resolve production issues and implement preventive measures. Experience in Incident Management & Java-Based Error Handling Experience in debugging and troubleshooting Java-based errors / Spring Boot microservices Experience in troubleshoot complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures. Good Understanding of SQL and transactional data models. Expertise in optimizing database performance through indexing, partitioning, addressing slow queries, deadlocks, or contention. Monitoring with Splunk & AppDynamics or similar tool Monitor and troubleshoot the API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, Workday). Knowledge in DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (good to have Bamboo/GitHub) Good to have knowledge on any cloud technology
