The role is for a Senior full stack Java engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot–based REST microservices, SQL databases, and modern Angular frontend development. The ideal candidate is a quality driven developer with 100% unit test focus, BDD (Gherkin), CI/CD automation, AI assisted development experience, and strong ownership, communication, and mentorship skills. Requirements

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, databases (SQL, Snowflake, Oracle), and frontend development
  • Strong hands-on expertise in building RESTful microservices using Spring Boot
  • Strong hands-on experience in developing frontend applications using Angular
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving 100% unit test coverage for both backend services and frontend applications, with a strong quality-focused mindset
  • Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) using Gherkin syntax for feature files
  • Proven experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with an automation-first approach
  • Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work seamlessly across teams
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of assigned deliverables, perform thorough code reviews, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • High level of accountability and commitment

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with automation and performance testing tools, including Playwright and JMeter
  • Experience using Zephyr Scale for test management and traceability
