About the position
We are looking for a skilled software developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, and GraphQL. You will work closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to create high-quality software solutions. Your role will also involve developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, writing unit and integration tests, and participating in code reviews. You will need to troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the field.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Java, Angular, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints.
- Writing unit and integration tests.
- Collaborating with other developers, designers, and product managers.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong experience in Java, including Spring Boot and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in front-end development with Angular.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and its implementation.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000-$135,000 a year
