Our challenge We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Full Stack Developer with over 12 years of experience to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in full-stack architecture, security, and microservices, with a proven ability to drive technical excellence and innovate solutions at a strategic level. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence architectural decisions, mentor teams, and work on state-of-the-art technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native systems. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA is $125k - $135k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of robust full-stack architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed systems and microservices. Establish advanced security measures and API governance standards to protect enterprise data and systems. Develop and maintain microservices architectures utilizing Java and Spring Boot. Design dynamic, responsive interfaces using advanced Angular or React. Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases to meet diverse data storage and retrieval needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, architects, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices and innovation. Explore and integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML, into application ecosystems. Lead efforts in cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies. Requirements: 12+ years of progressive experience in full-stack development, architecture, and leadership. Strong understanding of enterprise application design principles. Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot frameworks. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: Angular or React. Demonstrated ability in performance optimization and scalability. Deep understanding of advanced security practices and API governance. Solid experience with microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Track record of delivering large-scale, secure, and scalable software solutions. Extensive experience in full-stack architecture design and implementation. Preferred, but not required: Experience in integrating AI/ML functionalities into applications. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional and distributed teams. Expertise in cloud-native architectures, ideally with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
