Java Full stack Lead
About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Expert Level Java Full Stack Senior Developer with 8 years of strong hands on experience across both backend and frontend development The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices based backend engineering combined with advanced proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React using TypeScript This role requires the ability to contribute effectively to both UI and backend initiatives delivering scalable secure and high performance applications The candidate should also have proven experience building and deploying solutions in cloud native environments with a strong understanding of distributed systems performance optimization and best practice engineering standards. The candidate will be responsible for contributing to the full software development lifecycle including solution design development testing deployment and production support Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders is essential This is a hands on technical senior developer role along with leadership capabilities
Requirements
- Hands on experience in Java Full stack with either Angular or React
- Deep proficiency in Spring Boot REST APIs and microservices
- Thorough understanding of full stack architecture design and distributed systems
- Strong background in performance optimization scalability engineering and high throughput systemsGood understanding of security engineering API governance
- Strong handson experience in SQL NoSQL databases
- Experience with GitHub Git workflows
- Understanding of GitHub Copilot if any recent experiences then its an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Kafka real time streaming and message driven architecture
- Cloud deployment experience in AWS Azure or GCP
Nice To Haves
- Experience integrating AIML capabilities into modern applications
- Leadership experience working with cross functional teams and driving technical direction
- Experience in financial services banking capital markets or related domains
