About The Position

The Java Full Stack Developer position at Infosys involves translating software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing application frameworks. The role requires technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, effective communication with team members, and a strong attention to detail to identify errors and make necessary adjustments in a testing environment. The developer will contribute to best practices for scalable application development critical to project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Spring Boot.
  • Ability to connect with business teams and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Effective communication skills with multiple collaborators.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with application development and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Advanced SQL, Stored Procedures, and Database design.
  • Basic knowledge of Design patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and technologies (Jenkins, Cloudbee, Terraform).
  • Exposure to Agile methodology of project execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a Global delivery environment.
