About The Position

As a Software Developer Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role as a Software Developer responsible for meeting customer commitments, collaborating with your team members and delivering code on schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java/J2EE (Java 19 or higher preferred) work experience.
• Angular 17/18/19 experience.
• 2+ years of Oracle 19 (SQL and PL/SQL) experience - complex SQL queries.
• 2+ years of AWS experience with ECS (Building docker images and deploying them in cluster) ECR (Docker).
• Experience with Terraforms and Github pipeline setups.
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus, and DynamoDb.
• Experience with building Java Rest API's /Microservices.
• Ability to communicate and troubleshoot with a remote team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Gitlab Runner, Docker.
• Familiarity with Junit, SONAR, CloudBees, Jersey.
• Experience with REST Web Service.

Responsibilities
