About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Architect (Cloud). This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for analysis of business requirements and applicability to the current or planned platform capabilities & work with delivery leaders/customers to translate business goals into concrete deliverables and timelines. The role holder has to be proactive with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate across multiple disciplines, geographies, and cultures; provide thought leadership; keep up with industry trends; influence strategy based on understanding of ecosystem and market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in architecting systems/services based on Microservices and APIs.
• Expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, jUNit, knowledge of Streams.
• Experience in developing single page web applications leveraging JavaScript based UI frameworks.
• Experience in choosing the best fit SQL/NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in Architecture, design and implementation of applications on Azure cloud platform.
• Working knowledge with tools spanning IDEs, Source Code Management, and CI/CD tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in architectural design of high volume data stream/events processing.
• Experience with provisioning cloud infra using Infra-As-Code tools.
• Conversant with various caching layers and caching libraries.
• Experience with designing and provisioning a containerized environment/clusters using Kubernetes.
• Experience in designing systems that are operationally ready with monitoring and alerting platforms.
• Experience in planning migration of application and other enterprise workloads into cloud.
