About the position

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, and Spring Framework. Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, and Spring Framework.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with business goals.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications through thorough testing and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations in all development activities.
- Drive innovation and contribute to the company's mission of delivering high-quality software solutions that make a positive impact on society.
Requirements
- Must have strong technical skills in React, Spring Batch, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, and Spring Framework.
- Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a plus.
- Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
