About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with deep expertise in retail systems, particularly in inventory planning. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, This role requires strong architectural leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and domain knowledge in retail supply chain and inventory systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.
• Strong experience in retail domain, especially in inventory planning and supply chain systems.
• Expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) is plus modules such as Demand Planning, Fulfilment, or Inventory Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade Java applications for retail inventory planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Blue Yonder (JDA) is highly preferrable.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Conduct architectural reviews, code audits, and performance tuning.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in system design and development processes.
