The Moving Coordinator at aiTWorks is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a Japanese logistics company. Responsibilities
- Greet clients upon arriving at their homes.
- Conduct walkthroughs of homes to coordinate work to be performed by movers.
- Provide quality customer service during all interactions with customers in person, on the phone, or via email before, during, and after deliveries.
- Assist the driver of the truck when parking/backing up for safety purposes.
- Pack and unpack clients' belongings, hang clothes, make beds, and organize kitchens.
- Prepare documentation relating to client needs, invoices, moving, inventory, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Valid driver's license.
- No prior experience required.
