About The Position

The Japanese Bilingual Finance Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service for credit card and road assistance services. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Japanese with full professional proficiency in speaking and writing.

  • Basic PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
