REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Management Trainee in Winston-Salem, NC. Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an entry-level opportunity designed for college graduates with 1-3 years of work experience who want to fast-track their career, globally. BAT is a market leader in over 55 countries with over 55,000 employees. The GGP prepares you for a Lead Manager role within one year, with international career opportunities across BAT's footprint. As a Global Graduate in Finance, you'll learn the business of Finance from top to bottom, inside and out. Our Finance team is comprised of four Centers of Excellence - Corporate, Commercial, Operations, and Competitive Insights. While you'll be assigned to one COE, you may have the opportunity to get exposure to each of these COEs as part of your immersion in Finance. You'll develop remarkable skills, understand best practices, and learn how Finance partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and data analysis to support key Finance initiatives in one of the Finance COEs.
  • Support the design and implementation of COE strategies and initiatives.
  • Activate campus and early career recruitment strategies via the internship and global graduate programs.
  • Facilitate learning and development offerings and talent management processes.
  • Deliver assigned project at a high-level through collaboration and self-leadership.
