As a Global Graduate in BC&S, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization and support initiatives that impact our brands, various business functions and our reputation both internally and externally.

  • Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications, including news posts, press releases, briefing documents, internal communications, scripts, and corporate messaging.
  • Support the development of strategic communication plans aligned with corporate goals and branding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure consistent messaging and corporate brand consistency across departments.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile daily news briefings.
  • Assist in content development and management for corporate social media accounts.
  • Help prepare briefing materials ahead of interviews, events, or public appearances.
  • Participate in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and corporate events.
  • Research to support communication strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in managing web assets, Sharepoint, PowerPoint.
  • Assist in creating presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage repository of corporate assets, fact sheets, and messaging.
  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Coursework or projects demonstrating strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; knowledge of AP style is preferred.
  • Skillset in Graphic Design, Video Design/Editing and Adobe Creative Suite, notably Adobe Premiere, preferred.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and communication tools (e.g., Teams).
  • Basic understanding of corporate branding, media relations, and internal communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications, journalism, marketing or related field, preferred.
