About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Clean Team. As part of the Crunch Clean Team, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the gym facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our members have a pleasant and safe experience during their workouts.

Requirements

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial services is preferred, particularly in a fitness or sports environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet cleaning schedules and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with gym staff and members courteously and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors, wiping down exercise equipment, and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, and shower areas.
• Empty trash receptacles, refill supplies, and ensure that all areas of the gym are well-stocked with cleaning materials and toiletries.
• Regularly inspect and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel for timely repairs.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and germ-free environment, especially during times of heightened sanitation needs.
• Assist with setting up and organizing gym equipment and ensuring that the facility is presentable and welcoming for members.
