About The Position
Under limited supervision, the Janitorial and Maintenance worker will perform janitorial work on GFA Commercial Buildings and Other Property: maintaining, cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, buffing floors, emptying trash, and restocking janitor closets. Must be able to: Bend, stoop, and lift 25 lbs. easily Responsibly use and maintain janitorial supplies and tools Safely clean and operate motorized cleaning equipment Be available 35-40 hours per week Promptly and accurately fill out a weekly timesheet
