- Support the Territory Manager
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and support to new and existing team members
- Perform routine janitorial duties to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Inspect work to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
- Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
- Assist with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coverage when needed
