We are looking for a Janitorial Workforce Staffing Manager to help recruit, schedule, and support temporary janitorial employees across the Los Angeles market. In this role, you will manage a centralized dispatching and staffing operation that ensures our client sites have the right number of trained workers when they need them. You will work closely with Project Managers, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition to plan staffing needs, bring new workers onboard, and ensure temporary team members are supported, paid correctly, and set up for success. Hours: Monday to Friday Daytime hours Location: 1150 S. Olive St., Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $65,000 annually The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
