About The Position

Our mission is to create communities where everyone wants to be and no one wants to leave; including our staff. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Janitorial Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Keep buildings clean and in orderly condition
- Cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, hallways, stairwells, lounges, washing glass and removing rubbish
- Gather and empty trash
- Steam clean and shampooing carpets
- Snow Removal during winter months
