About The Position

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned commercial office suites to ensure a sanitary, safe, and organized workspace for tenants. This position focuses on detailed interior suite cleaning and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• Previous commercial janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and replace liners in office suites
• Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• Dust desks, furniture, and office surfaces (per scope of work)
• Clean and sanitize restrooms within tenant suites
• Clean and sanitize breakrooms and kitchenettes
• Spot clean walls, glass, and doors
• Replenish paper products and soap dispensers
• Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists
• Report supply shortages or maintenance concerns
