Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Meet insurance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks at the assigned location, including but not limited to:
- Gather, empty trash, and replace liners in trash bins.
- Clean floors and baseboards by sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming.
- Dust vents, office furniture, equipment, sills, wall-mounted objects, etc., as per schedule.
- Keep areas stocked with supplies such as paper products, soaps, etc.
- Clean and sanitize areas such as restrooms, exam rooms, offices, break rooms, etc.
- Clean high touch points such as glass, chrome fixtures, phones, etc.
- Request supplies as needed to ensure that all necessary materials are on hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of janitor storage areas.
- Ensure buildings are secure by locking doors and turning on/off alarm systems.
- Notify the manager when a building requires minor repairs.
- Adhere to specific cleaning requirements as detailed for each location.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the site manager.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards.
