About The Position

The Janitorial Crew at TruFusion is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members, guests, and staff. This role is essential in upholding the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that contribute to the exceptional member experience. The Cleaning Crew ensures that all areas of the studio, including workout rooms, locker rooms, common areas, and equipment, are consistently clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact with staff, members and vendors while remaining professional, polite and courteous.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and deep cleaning of all studio spaces, including fitness rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
  • Ensure all equipment, mats, weights, and props are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors throughout the facility.
  • Empty trash and restock essential supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk, retail area, and member lounge spaces.
  • Follow all sanitation protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist in preparing studio spaces for classes by resetting equipment and ensuring rooms are organized.
  • Monitor and report any facility maintenance or repair needs to management.
  • Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed.
  • Ensure proper storage and use of cleaning chemicals following safety guidelines.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
